Garlic Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2C cooked garbanzo beans or white beans (to not toss juice)
  • 2t tahini (sesame seeds blended in coffee grinder)
  • 1/2 of a lemon's juice squeezed
  • 1 - 3 clove garlic

Dirctions

  • Place beans, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic in a food processor. Blend for a full 1-2 minutes, until a paste is formed.
  • Add enough bean 'juice' until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer to a container and refrigerate to chill.
