Garlic Hummus

Ingredients
- 2C cooked garbanzo beans or white beans (to not toss juice)
- 2t tahini (sesame seeds blended in coffee grinder)
- 1/2 of a lemon's juice squeezed
- 1 - 3 clove garlic
Dirctions
- Place beans, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic in a food processor. Blend for a full 1-2 minutes, until a paste is formed.
- Add enough bean 'juice' until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a container and refrigerate to chill.
